Each project we undertake uses the latest building materials and integrating industry-leading construction technologies while being built according to NHBC standards. We provide our clients with peace of mind by offering a 10-tear structural warranty and have all properties independently surveyed by the National House Builders Council upon completion.
Inspacial’s award winning interior designers create homes that make life easier and enjoyable. Our choice of materials and understanding of all aspects of interior design is fuelled by one simple idea – at the forefront of the design process is the homeowner. We design homes centred around our homeowners’ requirements. In collaboration with trusted architects, we ensure that each of our homes reflect the practicalities of modern living whilst maximising light and space without compromising functionality.
From site acquisitions to the design and construction of our properties, Inspacial is committed to building sustainable homes while taking care of our environment.
That is why our design team utilises cutting edge technology and best practice approaches to reduce carbon emissions by producing energy-efficient developments and incorporating sustainable eco features that minimise harmful effects on the environment. Throughout the build, green travel measures are put in place together with reusable energy generation facilities. This, in return, ensures that all our developments have a much lower carbon footprint.

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
An entrepreneur with decades of experience in the construction industry. During this time he has completed all types of construction projects, from homes, apartment buildings, to commercial spaces. Barleys Bank, East Street, Bedminster is only one example of how Inspacial is developing and growing at pace.
Sean has grown up with the construction industry and has seen how it has changed throughout the years. Throughout all of its changes and his rise within the industry, his passion is delivering quality at the lowest cost possible through innovation. As such Sean utilises cutting edge sustainable practices.
HEAD OF ACCOUNTS & FINANCE
Mike has more than 40 years experience as a former Estate Agent and Developer. He was formerly CEO of an estate agency which he built and successfully sold. Mike partnered with a major insurance company leading their entry into the Estate Agency market. He subsequently built his own development company buying and refurbishing residential property.
He has consulted with Inspacial for the past 10 years and is playing a key role in the development of the Banking Quarter.
OPERATIONS & HR
Catherine is an experienced Head of HR, Operations and Innovation.
She is an expert in client design thinking, business process design and business and cultural transformations.
She lectures in innovation and customer-centered design at IMI, DCU and was a Guest Speaker at Cranfield School of Management, Executive MBA programme for many years.
She is passionate about client centered delivery, design thinking and operational efficiency.
HEAD OF PROCUREMENT
Amanda is the Inspacial Head of Procurement. She is an expert in construction materials and services. She has a career spanning more than 25 years working for some of the largest building merchants in the UK.
She is resourceful; highly organised; a problem solver and a negotiator by nature, ensuring our business secures the best quality at the best price at the right time. Cost and quality management is critical for Inspacial, for our Clients and Investors.
SITE MANAGER
Jon is SMSTS Qualified and a highly experienced Construction Site Manager with experience in all facets of the business. He has worked on projects ranging from schools to residential and commercial.
Irrespective of the project John is dedicated always operating to the highest levels of professionalism, client focus and quality.
SITE MANAGER
Stuart is SMSTS Qualified with more than 25 years experience in the construction industry. He has worked at home and abroad on a variety of large projects; he has significant knowledge across all sections of the construction and property development sector and as such is a key member of the team.
A fully qualified carpenter by trade, Stuart is an expert on timber framed building.
ARCHITECT & RENEWABLES
Steve is a highly experienced architect working across both the conservation and modern architecture disciplines. He is one of only a few Public Health Engineers in the UK. His projects including the award winning Alderhey Childrens Hospital that Laing O’Rouke built for approximately £400m -designing and coordinating the above ground foul and surface water drainage system.
Steve is also an expert in combining architecture and renewable energy. He designs solutions, for example, installing Photovoltaic and battery storage systems and the new Air Source Heating systems that are shortly being introduced.
He is currently working with an organisation on the design and development and installation of power plants around the country. These will be made up from, wind turbines, battery storage units and Photovoltaic power plants.
He holds a BSc in Construction Management (Hons)
OFFICE MANAGER
Connor is an experienced Administrator having worked both in back office support and customer facing roles.
As well as working in Inspacial, he attends Leicester University part-time where he is undertaking a Degree in Digital Media.
A native Chinese speaker, he has travelled to China on numerous occasions to source high quality, environmentally friendly construction products at low cost.
PURCHASING / OPERATIONS MANAGER
Luan has a 1st Class Honours Degree in Business and more than 10 years experience in Construction. She provides a wide-range of support services to the Inspacial team spanning HR, IT, Budgetary and Procurement.
Luan is also highly skilled in the digital space helping Inspacial to maximise operational performance. She is also an expert in client requirements and future needs, bringing both problem solving and innovation to all interactions.
